The Health Ministry said on Sunday that the number of people who died from swine flu had risen to 11.
The ministry's central monitoring unit reported that out of a total of 58 H1N1-positive acute respiratory infections (SARS), 15 were treated for recovery, while 32 were still undergoing treatment.
The ministry reiterated that epidemiological indicators of seasonal influenza in Morocco remained normal in relation to the global epidemiological situation and previous seasons.
The same source revealed that four cases were in Casablanca, three in Tangier and one in Rabat, Fez, Tanant and Azilal.
For aggravated cases, which may require the use of antiviral drugs, it should be noted that drugs are available in public hospitals as well as drug distributors to provide private clinics.
