Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool winger, is on the verge of assimilating a new record in the history of the English club.
The ‘Pharaoh’ is on his feet after three successful shots on goal to equal the record for the player with consecutive shots on goal in the Premier League defending champion’s history.
The record dates back to former Reds star Jean Mulby, who twice scored 18 consecutive penalties, according to Liverpool’s Echo website.
Mohamed Salah, 28, has managed to register 15 consecutive penalties, since missing a penalty against Huddersfield in October 2017 in the Premier League.
