Morocco called on the Arab states to "show restraint, arbitrate reason and logic and rely on Arab and Islamic fraternity ties based on cooperation, solidarity and self-preservation", calling for "adherence to common elements reinforcing Arab cohesion in light of satirical conditions in the region".

"Within the framework of the Arab National Security System, the Kingdom still stresses that the security and stability of the Arab region are part of its security and stability, which it wants to embody in all circumstances to cope with all the threats to the region, "she said.

The State Secretary added that the Kingdom of Morocco pleaded for "the need to make an effort to convince its regional and international environment to establish good neighborly relations and cooperation based on respect for sovereignty. States, the maintenance of territorial integrity and non-interference in their internal affairs ".

She stressed that "in the face of direct threats to Arab national security, whether in the Levant or in Morocco, we must react positively and with foresight to this difficult situation, to ask the urgent question of how to take over the situation. initiative to deal with these crises ".

It considered that today's meeting offers us a new opportunity to objectively read the reality of the Arab world, with great regret, the differences and conflicts between the various internal and external schemes aimed at partitioning. and to support separatism and ignite ethnic, sectarian and tribal border conflicts and the region's depletion and waste. "

But this does not lie in these challenges, but in the absence of a clear common vision to address them in a way that preserves the security, stability and territorial integrity of States.

The Kingdom believes that this vision must in turn be based on a "multidimensional, political, economic, social and cultural approach, in order to maintain and assist Arab national security to face common challenges and to manage the differences that arise. between Arab countries on the basis of respect for the Charter of the League of Arab States and taking into account the Arab values ​​inherent in conflict resolution. Differences through dialogue, understanding and openness, within the framework of solidarity and synergies.

Monia Bousta, on the other hand, explained that the Palestinian question remains "the heart of the conflict in the Middle East and that it is inconceivable to reach a comprehensive and lasting peace without solution".

"This question is receiving the full attention of King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Jerusalem Committee, who has devoted his constant efforts to uphold the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent State at the 4 June 1967 borders with Jerusalem. -Is for capital, on the basis of the relevant international resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative, According to the two-State solution accepted by the international community to put an end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict ".
