Jared Kushner, senior adviser to US President Donald Trump, announced today, Monday, that Arab countries will join peace accords with Israel.
Kouchner said in a speech during his visit to Israel, which will be followed by a visit to Morocco: “I convey my greetings to the Moroccan monarch for his courageous and historic decision he has taken in matters of peace”, according to this which was reported by the “Al Arabiya” channel.
Kushner said President Trump’s decisions had led to radical change in the Arab region, stressing that “the fruits of peace will remain for many years.”
He added: “4 Arab countries preferred peace to conflict, and other countries will join the wheel of peace.”
Kushner noted that the UAE became the most important tourist destination for Israelis after the peace agreement.
He continued: “Peace agreements will continue if countries consider common interests.”
It is expected to arrive tomorrow at the airport of the Moroccan capital, Rabat, the first flight from Israel after the resumption of diplomatic relations between Rabat and Tel Aviv.
Cedley Kushner, who heads the US and Israeli delegations, will make a press release upon arrival at the airport, a tradition US officials do when the first flight arrives to Arab countries that have resumed relations with Israel.
