Egypt’s Nasr Municipal Court has revealed its decision to dismiss artist Ahmed Ezz’s request to transfer his two sons, Ezz El-Din and Zain El-Din, from one school to another.

The artist’s lawyer, Ahmed Ezz, had asked the Nasr City Temporary Court to transfer his two sons of artist Zina from the British School to “Future”, while the artist’s lawyer Zina, during the trial, argued that she was entitled to the educational supervision of her artist twins Ahmed Ezz, namely Ezz El-Din and Zein El-Din according to (Russia Today).

On June 11, 2020, the Nasr City Family Court decided to dismiss the lawsuit brought by artist Ahmed Ezz, in which he asked artist Zina for the educational supervision of his two children and transferred them to another school.

It should be noted that the family court decided in January 2018 to remove artist Zina from artist Ahmed Ezz, and also forced him to pay 29,000 pounds for the education costs of his two sons.

It is noteworthy that Zina had filed a lawsuit against Ezz demanding that he pay 900,000 pounds for the tuition fees of his twin children, and the court accepted it and made Ezz pay the expenses.

The court ruled last year to force Ezz to pay monthly support payments of £ 30,000 for the twins, but Zina filed a lawsuit demanding that the amount be provided.

Zina’s lawyer also submitted a portfolio of documents containing investigations that Ezz owns a new villa, in addition to his purchase of a Porsche, and asked the court to increase child support for his two child clients.
