Details indicate that the accused refused to cooperate with a security guard during his work in the waterfront field and refused to show his identity after being seen without a mask, and the security man also warned against following it.
According to “Okaz”, the security patrols were able to arrest the accused and issue an offense against him, then he was released on bail and the case was referred to court, where the attorney general considered his behavior to be. violation of the rules, and requested that a punishment be meted out to him.
At the start of the trial, the accused denied his lack of response to the security man, before returning and confessing to having committed this act, claiming that it had happened due to the presence of the cell phone in his cases of edema.
