The sources said, according to Al-Watan, that all of the companies that have been fined are seeking to pursue lawsuits similar to those brought by the company that won the case, in hopes of dropping the heavy fines. inflicted on them.
In a related context, the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Abdel Fattah Mashat confirmed that there was a ministerial initiative to support companies that have been fined by the Expatriate Administration, when he met with members of the National Hajj and Umrah Committee.
Mashat revealed that the ministry is working to exclude companies that fined them and activate them to provide services to pilgrims and visitors during Umrah season 1443 AH, pointing out that the ministry has submitted a letter to higher and relevant authorities to support licensees. , and awaits their response.
