The Ministry of Commerce closed a commercial establishment operating in the advertising sector in Riyadh after a final court ruling was issued proving the conviction of the owner of the establishment and his resident brother for committing the crime of commercial cover-up .
The ministry clarified that citizenship allows his resident brother of Palestinian nationality to engage in unlicensed business activity under the name of the institution affiliated with citizenship, noting that one of the residents led the ministry to discover the cover up after a report he had submitted.
She said the decision included the imposition of a financial fine on the violators, the closure of the facility, the liquidation of the activity, the cancellation of licenses, the collection of zakat, fees and taxes, in addition to the cancellation of the establishment’s commercial register.
She added that the decision provided for preventing the hidden person from carrying on a business activity, expelling the hidden resident of the Kingdom after the implementation of the decision and not allowing him to return to work, and defamation. through a local newspaper at the expense of offenders.
