Sources said, according to Al-Watan, that the court charged the defendants with administrative abuse through negligence, negligence and failure to perform the work, which resulted in the child’s death by electrocution from a electric pole in the Garden of Art Street.
The sources pointed out that the court had decided to jail each of the defendants for a period of two months, calculated from the length of their detention in public law, in addition to imprisoning another two months for each of them in private law calculated independently of their previous imprisonment, and committing not to return.
It is noted that the details of the case date back to 2018, after the child was electrocuted after approaching a light pole during the celebration of the National Day, and as a result, a ruling was issued for exempt a number of officials from the Municipality of Majardah and dismiss them for investigation.
