He revealed that they had completed the study on improving the status of occupational safety and security personnel working on company contracts in ministries, quasi-government agencies and contractors with the private sector, and to set a minimum wage for them, indicating that the initiative to improve the contractual relationship is helping to tip the balance of contracts with the Saudis.
He said he worked on the development of a labor market strategy with private sector establishments, through numerous workshops, in order to ensure the development of the Saudi working environment, increase its efficiency and to align it with global labor markets in terms of attractiveness and competitiveness and attract skills.
He pointed out that the Emiratization initiatives and programs achieved distinct results in the years 2019-2020, represented by the enrollment of more than 420,000 citizens and men in the labor market.
He called on businesses to benefit from the services of the Qiwa platform, stressing that there is no longer a need to review working desks after facilitating services electronically.
