The head of the General Entertainment Authority, Councilor Turki Al-Sheikh, expected revenues from the second edition of “Riyadh Season” to exceed 6 billion riyals.
He explained that the direct and indirect income of the first edition of the “Riyadh Season” amounted to 6 billion riyals, out of expenditure of 3.1 billion, adding that their ambitions this year are high and with less than expenses, it is therefore expected that the revenues of the current version will exceed this figure.
He expressed confidence that the enthusiasm of citizens will help to exceed that number, noting that he has learned from the crown prince, Prince Muhammad bin Salman, that the language of numbers is most important.
I learned from my master, God forbid, that the language of numbers is the most important … In the last season of Riyadh, direct and indirect income reached 6 billion rials out of 3.1 billion of expenses. And because our ambition is high and with less expense, we hope to exceed that number, God willing, this season with the efforts of my Saudi brothers and sisters 💪🏻🇸🇦❤️
