He said during his interview with Al-Akhbariya channel, that the accused had exploited a loophole in the electronic system and had been able to penetrate (Hadaf’s) technical system and open a fake account with powers allowing him to refer old exchange orders previously issued to commercial establishments, and he redeemed them to him after changing the bank account numbers and setting the numbers. His bank accounts.
He added that the accused was exploiting his knowledge and ability to penetrate websites and electronic systems in light of the quality of a loophole in the technical system of the Fund, in addition to the deficiency in protection programs. from the system, which led to misinformation and technical security, which made it easier for the accused to enter the system, tamper with data and seize money. .

He underlined the need to develop the technical and electronic protection systems of the various bodies, in order to ensure their protection against any penetration operation, stressing that the authority has already set up an electronic control service, whose main task is is to monitor deficiencies in electronic systems and coordinate with covered organizations so as not to exploit these deficiencies.

A spokesperson for Integrity explained that the practices covered by the crime represent a set of criminal descriptions that require systemic sanctions, such as illegal penetration of a technical system and fraudulent seizure of funds, in addition to forgery. and money laundering by transferring these sums to his bank account.
