Security authorities in the province of Thalith arrested a resident of Pakistan and tried to smuggle 19 unidentified Ethiopians inside a closed truck on Wednesday.
Sources said, according to "previously" that the security agents had foiled the smuggling of 19 offenders, all of whom were Ethiopian nationals, after the security guards suspected the driver, and searched the truck and surprised the attackers.
The sources added that the driver had agreed with the offenders to transfer them for a sum of money, while the relevant authorities transferred the driver and the truck as well as the unknown to the competent authorities to carry out the legal proceedings against them.
