Developers of operating systems, applications and websites have begun to recognize the preference of many users for the "Night Mode" feature.
Apple has added American ownership to one of its systems, as well as to the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and the YouTube application.
Night mode is also available in web browsers, but makes the tabs only darker and not the websites themselves.
