He added that the surgeon at King Fahd Central Hospital sutured the open wound in the admitting department without entering the patient’s operating room and wrote him out the same day, but returned to the hospital. hospital after several days because his wife had done it. does not feel any improvement.
He added that he was surprised by the feces coming out of his wife’s mouth so that the doctor urgently brought her into the operating room, indicating that she was admitted to intensive care later and that ‘she had died from a drop in blood pressure and her infection with “gangrene” in the intestine.
The citizen asked the General Directorate of Sanitary Affairs of Jizan Region to initiate an investigation with the administration of Abu Arish General Hospital and medical staff at King Fahd Central Hospital for causing the death of his wife by a medical error.
For his part, a health spokesperson for Jizan Muhammad Darraj said the complaint has been referred to the Sharia Health Committee for review and finalization of court proceedings.
