He added: “It is a complete word which indicates the perfection of monotheism and the authorization of God in all things and the disavowal of the year and of the force. It is a treasure of the treasures of heaven, and it is prescribed for a Muslim to say it at all times and under all conditions, on occasion and without occasion. “

The Mufti pointed out that some knowledge students said it was a common mistake to say at the time of calamity (there is no force or power except with God), explaining that this hawqala is a word of ‘assistance and that what is mentioned in the Quran is the saying (We belong to God and to Him we return), which is considered a recovery, and the error is They have that he said the word “help to recovery”

He pointed out that there is no doubt that the plan for the believer in the event of calamity is to say (We belong to God and to Him we will return), and he also has the right to say all available supplications, and among the most important and beneficial of these is to say (There is no power and strength except with God), and this is due to his urgent need for what this word implies of Repudiation of the year and strength at the time of transition from weakness and anxiety to patience and calculation, and warding off the horror, delusion and distress of calamity, indicating that this meaning is one of its meanings wide and complete.

The mufti claimed that it is not appropriate to say that to mention (there is no force or power except in God) in the event of calamity is wrong and that it is not appropriate, but it is always said at all times, and it is the command of the Prophet, that God bless him and grant him peace, to increase it absolutely, as we know it.
