News 24 "Competition" fined 5 million riyals and a fame in a reputed restaurant

The General Authority of Competition has announced the presence of a reputable catering company because of its agreement with its competitors to increase and set prices.

The decision of the Riyadh Administrative Court of Appeal provided for a fine of five million riyals.

The judgment also required the company to publish the judgment at its expense in two local newspapers, in accordance with Article XII of the Competition Act.
