A couple was injured Thursday in a road accident on the Bisha-Khamis Mushayt road, after their vehicle was hit by a truck.
According to Okaz, the incident occurred because of excessive speed, the driver having lost control of the vehicle to hit the back of the truck.
The civil defense teams were able to extract the wife and transfer her to King Abdullah Hospital, causing minor injuries, while her husband was unhurt.
