Sources said that the department of the Third Criminal Court Court in the Jazan region, in the Taziriyah case, had started the regular procedures regarding people involved in the fire of the General Hospital from Jazan, revealing the charges against them.
A fire broke out at Jazan Hospital in 2015, leaving 25 dead and 123 wounded, as well as a warrant of investigation into this case, confirming the conviction of five people: a former leader and a Jazan's health engineers, an Egyptian employee and an expatriate.
The sources said the committee had referred the case to court after following the usual procedures of investigating and documenting evidence and evidence against the accused, adding that the Chamber had started to examine the case to initiate a formal action or trial.
