Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman approved the release of 2,107 Pakistani prisoners in Saudi prisons.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi announced that the situation of the remaining prisoners would be re-examined.
The royal court announced Sunday that the crown prince had left the kingdom for an official visit to Pakistan, India and China.
HRH Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman graciously agreed to release 2107 Pakistani prisoners in Saudi Arabia with immediate effect. The remaining cases will be examined. The Pakistani people thank SAR for his immediate response at the request of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
