Details indicate that orthopedic consultant Mahdi Al-Omari insisted on entering the operating room and performing the necessary procedures for one of the patients, despite his stomach pain.
The head of the orthopedics department at Khamis Mushait Majed Al-Shehri hospital said examinations carried out by Al-Omari’s doctor shortly before his death showed that he had suffered a heart attack.
