The General Secretariat of Securities Dispute Resolution Committees said Tuesday that those affected by the "accelerated contributions" could join the class action brought against the company.
She explained that any person who subscribed or bought the shares of the group Mohammed Al-Mojil before July 12, 2008 can join the collective trial registered with the committee of dismissals no later than May 19, 2019.
She stated that the application for admission to the class action is via the following link:
https://cma.org.sa/Services/Pages/ClassActionSuit.aspx, noting that collective action helps to facilitate court proceedings, reduce efforts and delays, as well as costs.
