expressive imageThe former director of one of the private schools, Muhammad Al-Otaibi, has exposed the ways in which some private schools violate the “saudization” decisions issued by the state.

He explained, during his meeting on the show “Yahla” on the Gulf Rotana channel, that a school west of Riyadh appointed a non-Saudi director of student activity, and that he would sign papers in its name, despite the fact that the Saudization rate in this job exceeds 90%.

He said there is a demand from young Saudi Arabians for education jobs, but they are leaving them quickly after being informed of the duties and terms of the contract, noting that their salaries stand at 5,600 riyals.

He pointed out that there are other schools that still depend on non-Saudi supervisors for their subjects, despite the ruling on the Saudiization rate imposed in this sector.
