The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) provided an "objective" for private sector companies to take four steps to enroll and benefit from the skills support program.

To start, you must register the institution on the national job portal "Taqat", activate the "Employment Support Programs" account from our list of programs, and submit the job declaration data. after selecting the job type "Skills Support Program", then submit it to the portal page so that the researchers can work. At work, in the fourth step after the end of the recruitment phase, the facility is attached to the support program.

The financial support period for the employee is 36 months, 30% of the monthly salary for the first year of support, 20% for the second year and 10% for the third year. An additional percentage of support is added when the facility is used for women or people with disabilities, when it is used in small towns and villages, and if the size of the facility is of 50 workers or less.

70% of employment assistance and 30% of training assistance, the minimum wage is 4,000 RS and the maximum salary is 10,000. Program assistance focuses on four aspects: support employment of graduates and unemployed graduates, support employment in low-density towns and villages, support the employment of women and persons with disabilities and support employment in small and micro companies.

The objective of the program is to stimulate private sector companies to emiratize, to increase the contribution of Saudi women to the labor market, to develop their skills and to target researchers and jobseekers. who have never worked or have been unemployed for more than 90 days.
