Doctor Hisham Al-Odah was able to professionally satisfy his passion for cooking, after completing his daily work in his private clinic.
He explained, during his interview with “In Week” on MBC, that medicine, like all professions, cannot be practiced all day long, pointing out that when he is cooking he does not remember not from his medical work.
He pointed out that there are some tools used in cooking, like the tongs he uses to decorate cakes, which are very similar to the ones he uses in medicine.
And he said he had been able to benefit from cooking in his work in medicine, pointing out that satisfying passion in the field of cooking positively reflects his professional performance in medicine.
