The Ministry of Health has responded to rumors about the importance of taking medicines and supplements containing vitamins on a daily basis in order to stay healthy.
The ministry explained that taking vitamins from natural sources such as vegetables and fruits is better than drugs, stressing that taking drugs and supplements is when needed and under the supervision of a doctor.
