Under Secretary of the Health Ministry of Public Health Dr Hani Joukhadar said the Kingdom will not dispense with precautionary measures and masks until the middle of next year.
He explained, during his interview with Al-Arabiya channel today, Thursday, that the vaccination campaign against the Corona virus (Covid-19) is one of the largest campaigns in the history of the Kingdom, as well than in the world, because the world has not witnessed such a magnitude before.
He added that if the vaccination reaches 50-60% of the Kingdom’s population, then we can reduce precautions and dispense with masks before the sixth month of the next calendar year 2021.
