The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Dr Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali, confirmed that immunity does not form directly after taking the Corona vaccine.
He explained at the Corona Developments press conference today (Sunday) that the body needs one to two weeks to gain immunity after the second dose.
He revealed that more than 391,000 people have so far received the vaccine and that laboratory tests have passed 12 million.
He pointed out that the virus infection is contained after the vaccine, and the reason is that getting immunity does not come directly after taking the dose.
