The Home Office has confirmed that it is a violation for the driver not to wear a muzzle inside his vehicle while standing at a checkpoint even if he is alone inside of the vehicle.
A video clip posted by the “Internal Snap” account showed a number of security men explaining to drivers of vehicles that they must wear muzzles as long as they open the car window to prevent transmission of the Corona virus .
The Home Office stressed that everyone should wear the muzzle properly inside the vehicle with their mouth and nose covered, and wearing it in violation of the person exposes the person to the violation.
