The Housing Development Program of the Ministry of Housing has signed a housing construction agreement with MCC to provide adequate housing for the poorest families, according to the needs of each region of the kingdom.

The agreement was signed in the presence of the Minister of Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hawail, between the General Supervisor of Housing Development and Real Estate, the engineer Mazen Al Daoud, and the director of construction projects of the MCC Liu Shi Yan, who agreed to collaborate in the construction of new housing units in 12 cities. And a governorate in four areas, which is part of the first phase of the construction plan for housing development, which will be followed by other projects to cover more areas through agreements in the the last phases of the Declaration.

The possibility of building, as one of the "housing development" options, to provide a variety of housing options tailored to the needs of each family and the nature of the sites inhabited by families, as well as other options, including the provision of housing on the market, as well as housing from the Ministry of Housing loans and available in a number of areas of the Kingdom.

This program, which is part of the first phase of construction projects, will cover four Kingdom regions (Riyadh, Mecca, Madinah and Qassim) and will begin immediately in 14 localities in 12 governorates of the Kingdom. (Al-Zulfi, Thadeeq, Al-Kharj, Rabigh, Yanbu, Hanakiya and Al-Nabhaniyah)
