Professor Saad Al-Khathlan, a professor at the Sharia faculty of the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud, explained that if a person died in a road accident and that he was at it the culprit, should she inherit something or not?
Sheikh Al-Khathlan said during his meeting with the program "Istvtunk" on the channel "message", that the cause of a road accident must be an atonement for every person who died because of him, and that in the case of his death, the incident is recommended to relatives if the infidels facilitate it.
He added that the expiation of murder is the neck or fasting for two consecutive months and that since the neck no longer exists, it has become a fasting atonement and that the 39, atonement must be two months for each person.
Sheikh al-Khathlan pointed out that the heirs can share the atonement and fast each of them two months for each deceased, but it is not allowed to divide the two months, indicating that if that it is not possible, there is nothing on it.
