It obliged the Ministry of the Interior to consult with any person deemed appropriate by the competent authorities, within 90 days from the date of this decision, to find a mechanism to regulate the status of registered vehicles whose owners do not know where they are, and deal with the condition of the vehicle if it is found.

He stressed the need for the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to conduct a media campaign using available means of communication and SMS to inform vehicle owners who wish to collect their abandoned vehicles. or damaged records, over the correction period.

The ruling clarified that government agencies that are legally authorized to sell vehicles must list the vehicles they have sold to vehicle stores with canceled registrations (refinement) or approved iron press stores, and report back. coordinate with the relevant traffic department. , to ensure that they are removed from traffic records.
