The Interior Ministry on Monday sentenced to death a cocaine smuggler in the province of Jeddah.
The ministry said in a statement that "Abdul Rahman Saleh Hassan was arrested" of Chadian nationality "when he had smuggled a quantity of cocaine drug.
She pointed out that the investigation had resulted in the impeachment of charges against her. By sending him back to court, a legal instrument confirming the legitimacy of the law and condemning him to death, together with the decision of the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, was handed down.
