A member of the Council of Senior Researchers, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Mutlaq, explained the decision of a man examining his wife after 6 months of divorce.
He stressed, during his animation of the program “Fatawa” broadcast on the “Saudi” channel, that a man has the right to see his wife with a new contract if she is not pregnant, because the period of he waits for a divorce in this case is over.
He added that if the woman is pregnant, the husband can take her back without a new contract, even if 6 months have passed since the divorce.
