The citizen, according to Al-Madina, had bought the villa through the bank and paid one million riyals as a deposit, to pay 600,000 riyals every year for two years, but then found out that the villa was on its way. to collapse due to construction and finish defects.
The citizen contacted the bank to resolve her problem, but her attempt did not lead to a decisive result. an amount of 2.6 million riyals for the value of the property for the citizen.
The decision also stipulated to calculate the two-year period as rent and require the citizen to pay its value to the bank by deducting it from the total amount paid for the property, while the Jeddah Governorate Court of Appeal approved. decision and it acquired final status.
