The Kuwaiti court of appeal ruled that the initial sentence for the death of a Saudi national who killed his wife in the Taima region of Kuwait in March 2017 had been abolished.
According to Kuwaiti media, the accused would have been tried after killing his wife five times after fighting at their home in Taima (Jahra).
According to sources, the court only sentenced her to life imprisonment, her lawyer having no element of premeditation.
