A press release posted on social media sites has documented videos of drug developers' escape and warning shot from an ambush in a working-class neighborhood of central Riyadh, in which a security lion had been found.
The first video, published by journalist Saud al-Shaibani, showed the promoter's attempt to escape security forces, prompting them to fire shots to stop him.
In another video revealing a lion in a cage, al-Shaibani said the legislature had used it to resist and intimidate the security forces during his arrest.
Al-Shaibani pointed out that the promoter was arrested after trying to escape and put the lion in an iron cage.
