Civil Status spokesman Mohammed Al-Jasser said all vital registration services would soon be available to people whose services are suspended, except in some cases.
During his broadcast in the show "Tam" on the channel "Saudi", he explained that the system was not allowed in the past to renew the national identity card for the detainees of the service, but that the Minister of the Interior has recently approved a request for a civil status.
He stressed that a team of civil affairs specialists was working continuously until midnight to complete the technical procedures necessary to provide all services to detainees, and that it would soon finish its work and start providing services.
