The first circular stipulated to indicate to the employees of the mosques of the Kingdom the importance of participating in the courses of intellectual security organized by the ministry or other agencies of the State, in order to activate their role in this field, and also of participate in research and scientific articles in seminars and conferences that are implemented.
The second circular also directed the preachers and preachers of mosques, explaining correct belief and legal rules, urging the display of morals and righteous morals, and urging people to adhere to good citizenship, and to listen and obey those in authority, as he ordered in a third circular that the advocacy activities held in mosques where funerals are prayed After obligatory prayers and after completing funeral prayers, if any, and not between the call to prayer and the Iqamah, resulting in the postponement of the date of the Iqamah for the time specified by the ministry.
The fourth circular included not allowing the creation of an advocacy activator without obtaining a permit from the ministry, holding those who violate this obligation to account and insisting on the monitoring of its implementation by branches of the ministry and to submit periodic reports to the ministry. And the students of knowledge are researchers and scholars, for he has led the review of these libraries and nurtured them with what is useful and beneficial and to exclude books that call for extremism and partisanship. and others.
He also stressed the need for each branch of the ministry to prepare lists of the books in these libraries, and not deposit any books there before it has been presented to the competent authority of the ministry and to confirm to the employees. of the mosque to exclude any unauthorized books.
