News 24 "Ministers" suspends the decision to provide services to homes whose owners do not have legal instruments

The Council of Ministers decided to suspend the work of its previous decision (394) of 15/10/1435 AH, which provides services to houses whose owners do not have legal documents or documents of property authorized by the state in several cities and governorates.

The Council explained that the suspension of the work of the resolution includes: Riyadh, Mecca, Jeddah, Taif, Madinah, Dammam, Al Ahsa, Abha, Tabuk, Hail, Arar, Jazan, Najran, Baha, Sakaka, Kharj, Khamis Mushait ,).

He stressed that the suspension should not affect people who have already been delivered to their homes or whose applications have been approved before the publication of this decision.

The new council resolution of May 30, 1440 sets the rules for the provision of services to homes whose owners do not have legal instruments or documents of property authorized by the state in the mentioned cities and governorates, for future applications.

The Council emphasized the establishment of regulations and requirements – taking into account humanitarian considerations – to be defined by the Housing Program Committee for this purpose within 90 days of the date of this resolution and approved by order of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. .
