She explained that the new update involves the finalization of the issuance of the building permit by the design office designed via the “Baladi” platform in the event that the insurance policy against hidden defects is not available, or in the event that the tutelage engineering office is not contracted, or the construction contractor is contracted.
It underlined the need to complete the procedures for issuing the insurance policy against hidden defects with the approved contractor after the issuance of the authorization, and the supervisory design office verified it via the platform. “Baladi” through the investigation decision before launching the supervision process.
It is worth noting that all stages of construction are currently being implemented by enforcing the Saudi building code in accordance with approved updates to ensure build quality.
