Optometrist Abdul Majeed Al-Mansour said cell phone use in the dark did not affect eye health, saying all that caused it was dry eyes due to constant focus on the mobile.
Al-Mansour added, during an intervention with the program “Al-Rased” on the channel “Al-Akhbariya”, that using the cell phone for short periods does not cause eye diseases or problems, advising not to use the mobile frequently.
He pointed out that eating carrots in abundance does not reinforce the visual impairment or treat the blue or white water on the eyes, but all it does is promote retinal health.
