The general presidency of the Holy Mosque and the mosque of the Prophet have published a number of images of the provisional iron fence of the surface of the Holy Mosque, being installed, in order to protect the faithful from the surface, especially children.
Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of the Two Holy Mosques, said that such precautionary measures are applied by the Presidency in close cooperation with all parties concerned in order to prevent any visitor, pilgrim or Umrah from being subject to an abomination.
The fence is being installed 500 meters long and 3.23 meters high, to be completed by the middle of next Shaaban month.
