The ministry explained how to benefit from the service, entering the employer in the electronic services portal, choosing the opposition service and settling the violations at work in the list of electronic services, which is followed by the system checking the presence of violations against the selected establishment after the employer pressed the “search” button.
The steps also include choosing the employer of the violations to object or claiming, then choosing the required service and filling in the settlement data and joining its files, which include the employment contract, certificate. employee insurance and insurance certificate for both Saudis and non-Saudis number, and finally the system displays the objection or settlement number. The ministry said the total number of people employed under the initiative reached 2,225 Saudis.
