News 24 Riyadh Development Authority: Riyadh has a population of 6.9 million inhabitants

The Riyadh City Development Council announced Thursday the population of the city of Riyadh.

The Council pointed out that the population of Riyadh City reached 6.9 million inhabitants, with a growth rate of 3.5%, according to estimates of the Riyadh Development Authority for this year .

According to the annual report, the proportion of the population of Riyadh is between 66% of Saudis and 34% of non-Saudis, a proportion of the Saudi population aged 25 and under 50%.
