Riyadh area police announced today (Friday) that their forces have arrested a person who appeared in a circulating video clip, harassing women.
District police added that the research inference procedures helped identify and arrest the stalker, a citizen in his 30s.
He indicated that the accused had admitted what had been attributed to him and had been arrested with a view to completing the legal proceedings against him.
