The text of the royal decree was as follows:

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,

King of Saudi Arabia

And the supreme commander of all military forces

After reading the officers’ service system, published by Royal Decree n ° (M / 43) of 08/28/1393 AH, and its modifications.
And after reading the royal decree n ° (A / 165) of 20/4/1440 AH.

And based on what was filed by the relevant authority, General Khaled bin Qaraar Al-Harbi has committed numerous violations and violations with the aim of seizing public money and personal use.

We ordered the following:

first of all : The service of the first lieutenant general / Khaled bin Qaraar bin Ghanem Al-Harbi, director of public security, ends with his retirement and dismissal for investigation.
Second: The Control and Anti-Corruption Authority will complete the investigation procedures with all those involved and take the necessary legal measures against them.

Third : Our order is reported to the competent authorities for approval and execution.
