The Saudi Monetary Agency (SAMA) has clarified when customers are allowed to collect commissions and fees from banks as needed.
Local banks and banks are entitled to reimburse payments made in the form of service fees or commissions for such services or banking products.
The condition of the use of the right of recovery is that the paid banking service shall not use its fees or the received banking product against its commission, and that it shall not be used within ten days from the date of payment.
