150 young men and women from Um Al-Qura University and several painters participated in the Makkah Hayat initiative, which aims to turn public parks into an aesthetic painting using a number of fine arts.
The first gardens converted to the aesthetic painting of Al-Husseiniya Park in Mecca Al-Mukarramah, after the addition of various drawings and visual deceptions in three dimensions, thanks to the continuous voluntary work of the participants in the initiative, which reached 150 participants.
"This initiative is the first of its kind in the Kingdom on behalf of Makkah Hayat," said Dr. Ali Ahmed Al Qassim, director of tourism and hospitality management at Umm Al Qura University. Who aims to develop the gardens of the holy capital by developing a model to present to the secretariat of the holy capital and then to reproduce in the other parks of Mecca, and to realize an ambitious vision to activate the community.
He explained that the initiative had started with the Husseiniya Garden, the largest park in Mecca, where 30 students and 100 students, all from Umm Al-Qura University and 20 female artists, participated. at the initiative. The garden is repainted with attractive colors and designs for children and their families, Illusion optical three-dimensional plastic, as well as Salweet, Imaginary and others.
