Dr. Yahya Al-Sama'an, Deputy Chairman of the Shura Council, revealed that it was recommended to open workshops at the time of prayer in order to study the specialized committee with a view to submitting it for discussion by the Council.
Al-Sama & An explained that this issue was considered one of the additional recommendations when it was accepted by the Board members, adding that there were many checks, including the fact that not to contradict existing recommendations or decisions taken by the Council within a certain period.
He pointed out that the Board had the capacity and experience necessary to evaluate all the consequences of the adoption of any recommendation, including the formation of a specialized committee consisting of at least five members and select these members, including the chair of the committee and his deputy, to study what is referred to him.
About two years ago, the Shura Council asked the Ministry of Islamic Affairs to study a five-minute period between two minutes and stay in mosques located near markets and commercial complexes.
